We had a blast at New York neighborhood favorite Good Enough To Eat‘s “Wandering Wednesday itinerary.” It was a special that featured a Hawaii inspired menu with Hawaiian music and hula – a Hawaii dinner show in New York City! Thank you to Eleia for her beautiful dancing, family, and friends who came out (especially those who got up and danced), and everyone at GETE. Great company, food, drink, and Hawaiian music and dance. Hopefully, we can do it again in the future.

Hawaiian entertainment in New York

Good Enough to Eat, 483 Amsterdam Ave (83rd St.), 10024

Feel free to wear your favorite Hawaiian shirt, muumuu, or grass shirt tonight because at Good Enough To Eat they are throwing a tropical Hawaiian Luau. There will be decorations, tropical cocktails like Mai Tais, and a special Luau menu which includes Kalua Pork wrapped in corn husks with zesty pineapple sauce, or an avocado, papaya, macadamia, and baby spinach salad. To make this Luau experience complete, there will be a live music performance by Andy Kūlana Wang playing the Hawaiian slack key guitar and a Polynesian dance performance by Eleia Trillana from 7:30-9 pm. The only thing we need to make this Luau perfect is a beautiful sandy beach.
