Chef Chung Chow of Noreetuh and native Hawaiian Chef Kealoha Domingo from Oʻahu presented  a beautiful 7-course tasting menu highlighting important Hawaiian ingredients, interpreted both in modern and traditional ways. They discussed the importance of sustainability and supporting local farmers/communities.

I enjoyed providing live music and hanging out with the chefs. It was an enjoyable evening for family and friends gathering at Noreetuh.

P.S. Food and drink always taste better when sharing it among those totally passionate about cooking, eating, and drinking.
